After a long-awaited decision and extensive engagement with the local parish, Conservation Officer, and key stakeholders, planning permission has been granted for the construction of four new dwellings within the Conservation Area of Iwerne Minster.
The architectural style of these new dwellings is designed to harmonise with the established village vernacular, employing traditional, natural materials and detailing.
The cottages, featuring elegantly cropped hip roof forms, will present a development that is appropriate, sensitive, and subservient to the adjacent Listed Church Path House and the overall character of the Iwerne Minster Conservation Area.
