Planning achieved for rural Courtyard House
We are thrilled to have achieved Planning Consent for a new low energy dwelling on an extraordinary rural site in Dorset.
The new house is based around a courtyard arrangement, referencing a historic farmstead layout, framed by a stunning natural swimming pond, completing the setting of the new family home.
The design makes provision for a new barn, a four bay garage and the contemporary two storey dwelling in place of the existing dilapidated steel barn.
A sedum roof and extensive landscaping further enhance the rural character of the area and deliver biodiversity gains.
