We’re delighted to have gained delegated planning consent for this comprehensive redevelopment of a site in Cole Hill Wimborne. The proposal includes a sensitive conversion of a former Victorian villa back to two splendid four bed houses, along with a coach house to replace an existing bungalow and 7 new dwellings of varying sizes set around a mews courtyard to the rear.

Numerous constrains including conservation, heritage, trees, scale and impact on surrounding properties were considered resulting in a scheme that will sit comfortably in this sensitive location.
