Planning Consent for 4 New Houses

We are pleased to have secured planning consent via appeal for a development of four new homes in Corfe Mullen, Dorset.

The proposals include the reconfiguration and extension of the existing dwelling, alongside the introduction of Arts and Crafts–inspired homes that respond sensitively to their surroundings.

Located within the catchment of the Dorset Heathland Special Protection Area and Special Area of Conservation, the scheme has been carefully designed to respect its setting. The layout, scale, density and boundary treatments reflect the character of nearby development, with a dedicated planted buffer to the adjacent Green Belt, reinforcing landscape separation and visual screening.

Additional internal planting is also proposed to further soften the development’s landscape impact and strengthen its relationship with the surrounding context.
