DMW Architects are delighted to have secured planning consent for 5 detached dwellings in Poole, Dorset. The development comprises 2 No. 4 bed detached houses addressing the street and 3 No. 2-3 bed chalets to the rear. The proposal replaces an existing detached house, utilising its generous plot and part of an adjacent rear garden to accommodate the new dwellings.
Planning consent was achieved through a collaborative process of engagement with the Planning Officer at BCP Council.
We have already begun work on the construction information and look forward to a start on site in early 2020.
