Planning Consent has been granted bu Poole Borough Council for this modern replacement dwelling within The Avenue Conservation Area is Poole.
The 350m2 house is to replace an existing chalet bungalow that does not meet the requirements of our family client. The plan makes provision for 5 large bedrooms, a bright open plan ground floor family space, media room and integral garage.
