Planning Consent for residential conversion of former pub and new build dwellings

Planning consent for sensitive conversion of former pub into two houses and introduction of new detached dwelling and coach house. A number of key planning constraints had to be overcome to secure the consent, most notably a need to maintain the green backdrop of the Cranbourne Chase AONB behind the site and designing buildings that were subservient to the former pub and adjacent listed cottages.

By designing our schemes in 3D we are able to consider and respond to all contextual constraints and come up with solutions that maximise potential whilst taking care to ensure that they sit in harmony with their surroundings.
